Refund Policy

At SS Andaman Adventures, we aim to keep our cancellation and refund process transparent and fair. Please read the policy carefully before making a booking.

Ferry bookings can be cancelled subject to operator availability and company norms.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels (email or contact number).

All cancellations are processed as per ferry operator rules and applicable company policies.

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method only.

Refunds will be processed to the same bank account / card / UPI used at the time of booking

The refund process may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after approval.

Service charges, convenience fees, or operator charges (if any) may be non-refundable as per company norms.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or ferry operators.

In case of ferry cancellations due to weather conditions, technical issues, or operational reasons, refunds will be processed as per operator and company policies.
